(C) Visitor Recordings: When using Smart Locks, our system might capture images or videos of other people visiting your premises. (D) Live Calls: The two way audio and real time video monitoring features on our Smart Locks are strictly for live communication to verify your visitors. We never record or retain these live sessions on our servers.
(E) Refusing to Share Data: If local laws or our contract requires us to collect certain personal data and you refuse to provide it, we might not be able to deliver our Services to you. In such cases, we may have to cancel your bookings or limit your access to the Platform.
